- Payment information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit the Platform.
- Usage data: Pages viewed, products browsed, and actions taken on the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
- Account management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate sessions, and communicate with you about your account.
- Processing purchases: To facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, deliver digital products, and manage refunds.
- Fraud prevention: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a purchase or set up a seller account, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe's secure servers. SellRamp does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers.

SellRamp uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. The session cookie is essential for the Platform to function and expires when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records, which we retain for up to 7 years).
